Pete Smith, Author of "Dare to Matter",  brings to light the reality of how much 2020 rocked the long term care industry.  How because of that, we have been forced to evaluate our lives, our relationships, security, and have been tested on multiple occasions. Though the outlook moving forward is optimistic, we must maintain the same level of reflection.  To thrive in this new environment, we must commit ourselves to staying focused on the things that matter most. How we matter may have changed.  That we matter has not.
