WhereYouLiveMatters.org helps WALA members receive free, direct consumer leads without costly referral agency fees. Through statewide advertising and consumer awareness campaigns, WALA is promoting WYLM as a trusted resource to help families connect directly with assisted living communities across Wisconsin.

How to Participate
Claiming and updating your listing takes about 10–15 minutes and helps prospective residents and families find accurate information about your community.
Choose an Administrative User
Identify one administrative user per organization or company to manage listings for consistency.
Create an Account
Complete the online form here: Manage Your Listing .
Verify Your Listing
ASHA will send a verification email allowing you to claim and edit your community listing. One user may manage multiple listings within the organization.
Update Your Profile
Log in to update:
- Community description
- Contact information
- Photos
- Services and amenities
This process typically takes 10–15 minutes per community.
Share WYLM Resources
Link to Where You Live Matters from your community website and share these resources with prospects and partners such as hospitals, doctors, healthcare providers, Ombudsman, ADRC, and others.
