The Onboarding Experience -- Making a Lasting Impression

This interactive onboarding workshop is designed to help participants learn and share best practices, with the goal of developing or refining an impactful onboarding experience. Led by a facilitator with 30 years of HR experience, including 5 years working with small to mid-sized businesses, the session includes practical insights, relevant statistics, and a focus on balancing a positive new hire experience with internal efficiency. Participants will engage in a hands-on exercise using a structured handout and leave with a takeaway document that incorporates their organization's core values.
