Organization Overview
AFH serving people with disabilities with all ADL 24 hours a day. We accept both public and private pay residents. We are newly licensed with over 25 years experience in the industry. Currently accepting ambulatory persons (only).We are a 3-bed AFH located on the northwest side of Milwaukee, WI. Our 2 bedroom facility has been newly remodeled and beautifully updated. We offer 1 private room and 1 shared room. We provide a safe, clean, well-kept facility for our residents. Ambulatory (only).
