Exhibitor Checklist

  • Submit your booth preference to Heather Novoselac at hnovoselac@ewala.org. If no preference is provided, WALA will assign booths based on availability and competitor proximity. Assignments are not guaranteed and will be finalized before the event.
  • Confirm booth staff names for badges.
  • Hotel reservations are available and can be booked here.
  • Watch for Valley Expo’s exhibitor packet, which will be sent directly to you with ordering and shipping information.
  • Review on-site setup and tear-down schedule.
