Lounge Booth

This members-only space is accessible to all attendees, offering full networking opportunities and ample room to showcase your company. Includes admission for two exhibitor staff, and a WALE-provided banner featuring your logo.

Exhibitor Checklist

  • Submit your booth preference to Heather Novoselac at hnovoselac@ewala.org. If no preference is provided, WALA will assign booths based on availability and competitor proximity.
  • Confirm booth staff names for badges.
  • Book your stay at the Kalahari Resort under the discounted room block.
  • Watch for Valley Expo’s exhibitor packet, which will be sent directly to you.
  • Review on-site setup and tear-down schedule.
