With over 20 years’ experience in sales & marketing in senior housing, healthcare including assisted living, memory care, short term care, skilled nursing care and hospice and a sharpened focus on healthcare markets, customer experience and strategic planning related to market development, Hope was able to cultivate information, create feasibility/qualitative reports utilized by multiple investment groups across the country.

Hope’s expertise as a leader in the senior housing arena by serving as a Housing Director, Sales & Marketing Director and confidently creating a steady and positive leadership approach by coaching others, developing protocols and procedures with an end result of high levels of customer satisfaction. Be it the senior housing, post-acute care setting or hospice, Hope’s leadership influence in the health care industry on a professional level and customer service experience for patients/residents, families and/or as a leader impacted both external and internal customers and built trust across the industry.
