Autumn Leaves Assisted living Estates lnc. is a 4 bed licensed AFH in Cumberland Wl. We have been operating for over 3 years now with a 24/7 awake staff caring for an aging population of different needs. We are a non-profit home and care mostly for our church members that need this type of care. We are located on the edge of town in a beautiful setting. We presently have 8 caregivers on our team that are dedicated and passionate about their vocation.
