Now Hiring Caregivers - Elkhorn WI

Little Changes LLC is looking for competent, kind-hearted, and hard-working caregivers to join our team. We operate 2 Adult Family Homes (Black Rock Adult Living and BMK Adult Living) with 4 non-ambulatory residents each. As such our mission is to provide “WESTIN” style living accommodations in a Family (rather than a clinical) environment with impeccable care and amazing amenities to ENSURE that our residents are living their BEST life. We know we can achieve this be keeping our expectations and goals high. While we will not always hit the “WESTIN” bar, it will our foremost goal. Even though this position can be very demanding it is also very satisfying and rewarding.

The job responsibilities includes (but not limited to) the following:

Assist Residents (Full in most cases) with daily activities, toileting, bathing, dressing, eating, etc

Plan and prepare meals

Administer medication per MAR

Perform housekeeping duties – laundry, light cleaning, dishes, garbage, etc

Help with physical therapy exercises

Be compassionate & professional, pleasant & supportive

Report any unusual incidents

Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Strong team work skills

Qualifying Applicants must:

Be able to pass a Wisconsin Background check

Have a valid Driver’s License

Have strong ethics and communication skills

Be able to lift 50 lbs

Be able to work nights & weekends

Training will be provided

Caregiving experience for disabled adults preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate)

Our operating hours are from 6 am until 10 pm seven days a week.

We are looking for both Full-time and Part-time workers.

Shifts will be either second shifts or third shifts. Possibly some occasional first shift availability.
