All information about the facilities have been obtained from the facilities themselves. WALA does not guarantee these sources or the information provided about the facilities, nor do we license, endorse, or recommend any of the listed providers. In particular, WALA does not guarantee that the information listed will be complete, accurate, or current.
You may view and download the facility listings, information, data, images and other content displayed on or provided through this web site solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. With the exception of the foregoing limited authorization, no license or right in any copyright or other intellectual property of WALA or any other party is granted to you, and you may not use, copy, modify, integrate with other works, perform, distribute, publish, license or transfer any WALA information.
Privacy Policy
WALA respects the privacy of its members, supporters, and members of the public who correspond with us. Email communication through this website or to the Association server are considered privileged and confidential.
WALA archives names and contact data on those who request information or inquire about issues. The archives are preserved to facilitate future communication. These names and addresses are never released to anyone. If you wish to communicate with WALA but do not wish to have your email address preserved in the WALA archive, simply request that you do not wish to receive unsolicited information from the Association. Your data will be deleted.
Mailing lists of members or others archived by WALA are never released or sold, rented, loaned to others. Member contact information is available to members through our directory. Licensed providers are available through the Department of Health and Human Services, but not released by WALA.
WALA is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America. ALFA membership is included in the dues paid by members to WALA. By this extension, member data is provided to ALFA. ALFA maintains a privacy policy of its own that protects this information, but it may be rented or sold unless you specifically request that it not be used in this way.
Care has been exercised to make this website as safe and private as possible. Internet technology is not foolproof. Security of communication with this site may be subject to interception and misuse by others. WALA takes all precaution to prevent this and will prosecute anyone found to misuse this data to the fullest extent of the law.
