WALA respects the privacy of its members, supporters, and members of the public who correspond with us. Email communication through this website or to the Association server are considered privileged and confidential.

WALA archives names and contact data on those who request information or inquire about issues. The archives are preserved to facilitate future communication. If you wish to communicate with WALA but do not wish to have your email address preserved in the WALA archive, simply request that you do not wish to receive unsolicited information from the Association. Your data will be deleted.

WALA is a member of the Assisted Living Federation of America. By this extension, member data is provided to ALFA. ALFA maintains a privacy policy of its own that protects this information, but it may be rented or sold unless you specifically request that it not be used in this way.

Care has been exercised to make this website as safe and private as possible. Internet technology is not foolproof. Security of communication with this site may be subject to interception and misuse by others. WALA takes all precaution to prevent this and will prosecute anyone found to misuse this data to the fullest extent of the law.
