ISP Training: Back to Basics

Developing and updating your Individual Service Plan (ISP) is a critical part of providing quality care to residents as well as avoiding state citations. This 3.5 hour interactive session will cover the best practices of ISP development through group discussion and interactive case studies.

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to develop, implement, and update ISPs that meet and exceed the regulatory requirements as well as assist staff in achieving and maintaining the resident's best quality of life.

A version of this training was recently offered at the WALA Spring Conference and had record breaking attendance!
