Optional Pre-Conference Events

Educational Event: ISP Training: Back to Basics Tuesday, March 20, 2012 12:30 - 4:30 p.m. Developing and updating your ISP is a critical part of providing quality care to residents as well as avoiding state citations. Join us for this 4 hours session that will cover the best practices of ISP developement through group discussion and interactive case studies.

Networking Event: ROCK 'N WALA! Tuesday, March 20, 2012 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Get a head start on a chance to network with your peers and industry leaders! Attendees will have the opportunity to collect celebrity signatures from participating exhibitors for a chance to win a JukeBox! A cash bar and hearty hors d'oeuvres will be provided.

Attendees must pre-register for all Pre-Conference events. These additional opportunities held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 precede the main conference on March 21-22, 2012. Pre-Conference Seminar fees are additional and are not included in your main conference registration fee.

Conference Registration Details

The conference registration fee is per person and includes continental breakfasts, lunches, industry trade show, the Wednesday awards reception, and all general and concurrent sessions on Wednesday & Thursday. No discount for partial attendance. Attendance at concurrent sessions is limited to room capacity. Available seating is based on a first-come first-served basis. A photographer will be present at the conference. Registration for the conference implies consent to be photographed and consent for such photos to be used by WALA in printed materials.

Cancellation Policy:

Please notify us of any cancellations by February 17, 2012. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions are permitted and encouraged. If a cancellation is made after February 17, a voucher for future WALA educational evetns will be issued minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be made for the Networking Event on Tuesday night.
