Avalon Gardens is the newly-remodeled Memory Care wing of Avalon Assisted Living Community. OUR MEMORY CARE MISSION: Avalon Gardens is dedicated to enhancing quality of life and preserving dignity while meeting health, social, spiritual, and emotional needs of those with Alzheimer's and other age-relates dementias. Our staff demonstrate leadership and creativity through our innovative person-centered programs.
