Country Gardens is located on the west campus of Memorial Health Center in Medford. We provide a combination of supportive, personal and nursing care services designed to meet tenant individual needs. Tenants can enjoy an apartment with a kitchenette, living and sleeping areas and private bath with a walk in shower. Services included in the unit rental include; three meals a day, housekeeping, laundry services, bathing assistance, cable television, local phone service and assistance with medications.
