CLA Greendale is a four bed AFH located in Greendale, WI. The facility cares for ambulatory and semi-ambulatory individuals. CLA Greendale has the ability to operate as a medical model home and has done so in past years. The ones who reside have the option of attending an in-home day program. This was our first Milwaukee location and opened in 1993.
