CLA Butler is a seven bed CBRF with a wide variety of ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents. All of which have physical disabilities or cognitive delays. Out Butler home is our most medical home. We provide care for many different axis’s. Within the facility is a day program for the individuals who choose not to partake in an outside program. The facility resembles a traditional ranch style home layout. We have been operation the facility since 2000.
