CLA South 44th is an eight bed CBRF with a mix of both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents. All of which have physical disabilities or cognitive delays. At CLA, we consider South 44th one of our more medical model CBRF’s. All residents who reside at South 44th attend outside vocational training or day programs. The facility focuses on residents’ independence through offering apartment style living arrangements. We have been operation the facility since 2001.
