The Legacy of Hartford is a family owned assisted living facility conveniently located in the heart of Hartford, Wisconsin. We offer two types of assisted living: 28 certified residential care apartments including; spacious one or two bedroom units and a 12 bed licensed community based residential facility with all private rooms. Our program focus is frail elderly, including insulin dependent diabetics however we do also admit residents with mild to moderate dementia.
