Autumn Oaks is a 30 bed CBRF located in Slinger, WI. We pride ourselves in our homelike setting and the loving care provided by our staff. Autumn Oaks employs a full time Activities Coordinator to keep our residents active and content. Our full time cook provide nutritious home-cooked meals and snacks. She even incorporates family favorite recipes. A full time RN assures that all the resident medical needs are being met.Located a block away from the elementary school has been a blessing. We were adopted several years ago and during the school year classes from the elementary come weekly to interact with our residents. At Autumn Oaks, love is always in season.
