WALA is pleased to announce this collaborative effort with BQA. The Assisted Living Section has committed to doing more outreach with assisted living providers. WALA is honored to again provide an opportunity for all providers to meet the BQA regulators from their region in an informal, give-and-take session, where you can ask questions in a non-threatening setting. And at no cost to you!

Please allow sufficient travel time for weather, parking and traffic. We will begin on time at 9:30 a.m. at each session!
Directions to each location:
Appleton: Touchmark-Appleton is located at 2601 Touchmark Dr. Phone number: 920-832-9100. From US-41 N, exit at W. Prospect Ave toward Appleton (exit 136). Go east on W. Prospect Ave for about a half mile. Turn right onto Touchmark Dr and follow it to the left to arrive at the main entrance.
Merrill: Bell Tower Residence is located at 1500 O'Day St. Phone number: 715/536-5575. Take I-39/Hwy 51 to exit 205 (Cty Q). Go left on Cty Q, then a right on Cty K/Q into Merrill for approx 1 mile. Take a right on O'Day St and Bell Tower will be 1/4 mile on the left.
Chippewa Falls: Wissota Springs Assisted Living is located at 2801 Cty I. Phone number: 715/720-9710. From US Hwy 53, take Hwy 29 east to Seymour Cray Blvd. Go north on Seymour Cray Blvd to Cty I. Take a left onto Cty I and Wissota Springs will be on your left just before the hospital.
Milwaukee: Alexian Brothers Pavilion is located at 9225 N 76 th St. Phone number: 414/357-5105. From I-43, exit Brown Deer Rd West; go north/right on N. 76 th St approx 1/4 mile and turn left into the Alexian Village Complex. Take the first left into the Pavilion parking area and follow signs.
Middleton: Harbor House is located at 5330 Century Ave in Middleton. Phone number: 608/828-9600. From Hwy 12, exit Airport Rd. From Hwy 12, exit Airport Rd. Follow Airport Rd as it turns into Century Ave. Follow Century Ave to the 5300 block. Harbor House will be on your left just past Family Video. To access the parking lot, take a left at the next set of lights and another left between the bank and gas station. Enter the first Harbor building on your left and follow WALA signs.
