How Can I Join WALA?

Join WALA, the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association - the premier association for providers and industry associates.

For your convenience, a WALA Membership Application with all of the needed details can be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format. Fill out the application at your leisure and either fax, Email, or regular mail it to the WALA office at the address shown at the bottom of the page.
